Good one Scott
]]>Sorry but credentials don’t change the fact you’re an ambulance chaser. you are taking a client to court so he can whine about how he was butt hurt over childish banter and your intention is to obtain as much money from a person/business as possible. Can you not see the wrong in all of this? The wrong in the entire system. If that JD degree you hung on the wall in your office and your personal ethics allow you to sleep better after fleecing a person/business over senseless words, you may be scum, I just prefer to be nice and call them “ambulance chasers”.
]]>is he the son of Dick Johnson Racing owner Brett Ralph?
]]>Brownstein Hyatt are far from “ambulance chasers”, which is what makes this lawsuit so interesting. They’re one of the preeminent gaming law firms in the country, and their clients include pretty much every major land-based and online gaming company out there. Frank Schreck, one of the guys in the name, is a former Nevada Gaming Commission member. They do a lot of work for Caesars, MGM, Wynn (a former senior Wynn lawyer is a partner there), and the American Gaming Association. So the fact that they’re representing a Wynn employee against Resorts World is significant, because this is certainly not a personal injury billboard firm.
